                               RESOLUTION NO. 20960
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CHATTANOOGA- 
                   HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION 
                   TO PERFORM A LAND USAGE STUDY IN THE 
                   RIDGEDALE COMMUNITY, SAID AREA MORE 
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a 
       request to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning 
       Commission to perform a land usage study in the Ridgedale 
       Community, said area more particularly described as follows:
            	 Boundaries are McCallie Avenue on the north, Main 
            Street on the south, Willow Street on the west and 
            Missionary Ridge on the east.
